Colouring Therapy

Remember when you were a child, lying on your tummy on the floor, with your colouring book open, while having your colour pencil in your hand and all the other colours was spilling out of the box? Can you remember that sense of peace and enjoyment you felt when colouring? How about revisiting those childhood pasttime to help relief stress, the days when your feeling on the edge? :)

For many of us, we connect to the innocence of childhood and a time when we werenn't burdened by responsibility and expectation. This helps us (me) reconnect to a sense of simplicity that I have temporarily lost...

hi sherry, i love doing kiddy, simple things again, they are so fun! recently i finished my 1000-piece puzzle (from the op-shop, whoo!) haha my mum thought i was going crazy >.< and i love the peacock, looks like teaching kids is a rewarding experience for both you and them :-)

almost forgotten about the serenity of lying down on the tummy whilst doing a piece of colouring on a beautiful princess piece .. thanks for the reminder ... i'll be heading to MPH for a colouring book (all for myself) :)
